Return Period

We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.

Items eligible for return must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Conditions of Return

In order for an item to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • -These items were purchased within the last 14 days
  • -Items are in their original packaging
  • -Products are unused and returned in their original packaging
  • -Products must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • -Specialty items
  • -Gift cards

To complete the return process, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase from you.

Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

After receiving your returned merchandise and inspecting it, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you whether the refund request was approved or denied.

If the result is an approval, the system will process your refund request and automatically return the credit to your credit card or back to the original payment path within a few days. No other refunds will be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.

Refunds Late or Not Received

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before the refund is official.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@eltecommerce.com.

Special Priced Items

Refunds are only available for regular priced items, unfortunately special offers cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team for the correct return address.

Gifts

If a purchase is marked as a gift and shipped directly to you from the merchant, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. A gift voucher will be sent to you once the returned item has been received.

If the purchase was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver has shipped the order to their own address and subsequently sent it to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be aware that you made a return.

Shipping

To make a return on a product, please contact our customer service team for the correct return address.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Exchange product arrival times may vary depending on your residential address.
